Speaker Information

Laura Roberts, CPC

Laura began her career as a recruiter at RJS Associates in April of 1987. Her primary focus was in recruiting for the Healthcare industry. She has won many awards for her recruiting abilities which include Client Development, Consultant of the Year, and “Top Producer” recognition at the State and National level. In 1991 she took and passed the national certification for the recruiting industry, becoming a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)

While living in the Boston area she worked as an “in-house” recruiter for Beth Israel Hospital’s NIH funded research group, one of the largest in the nation. During her time there, she effectively assisted the Principal Investigators in filling openings with very difficult to find skills, some of which had been open for over a year. This combination of experience gives her a unique perspective on her role as a consultant.

In 2004 Laura returned to RJS Associates as a Senior Consultant with a focus on the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries. In 2008 Laura was promoted to Vice President and made a partner at RJS Associates.
